Adding a larger exit tube to your horizontal style vapor maker will proudce BIG bubbles in about 2 seconds.
Remove the capand straw from your horizontal style pipe as shown...
Use a 1/2" CPVC splice connecter....
...paint it to match the rest of your pipe. Helpful tip: insert a shot piece of PEX or CPVC tubing in each end to prevent overspray inside the piece. Set it aside to dry.
A tube that matches the size of your main tube is a must.
insert your exit tube...
....ready to go
You can also build 2 pipes and simply uncap and remove the ecig from one tube and insert it into the other for different effects.
